A mortgage of £200,000 payable over 25 years initially on a Fixed Rate for 5 years at 2.10% followed by our Homeowner Variable Rate of 3.59% for the remaining 20 years would require 60 monthly payments of £857.48 and 240 monthly payments of £981.68. The total amount payable would be £287,052.00 made up of the loan of £200,000.00 plus interest of £87,052.00. The Valuation Fee is waived and there is no Arrangement Fee in this example.
