  • Early Closure of the Disclosure Facility

    We previously advised our customers of the HMRC’s disclosure facility, allowing people to bring their UK tax affairs up to date, before the automatic exchange of information between the governments of Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the UK.

    HMRC have announced this current disclosure facility will close on 31st December 2015 and not 30th September 2016 as previously notified.

    Receiving this message doesn’t mean you need to take any action, we simply want all customers to know of this change. If you are unsure, you should speak to a professional tax advisor or the HMRC.
