Lloyds Bank International Legal Information
Your account(s) have been transferred from Bank of Scotland International / Halifax International to Lloyds Bank International.
The transfer took place on 27 July 2012.
Transferring to the new system will allow you access to our Telephone Banking service, PhoneBank and Internet Banking service. You are now able to register for Lloyds Bank International PhoneBank service and to activate your Internet Banking service.
We do not believe that this transfer will affect your tax position. If you are in any doubt you should contact your own professional adviser.
You should have received a letter containing your new account details including sort code, account number and IBAN. From the 30 July 2012 you should use these new details when paying money in our out of your account.
Yes, the new terms and conditions will apply to your account(s) from the date of the transfer and these were sent to you in May 2012.
Yes. You will still have the same relationship manager and should contact him/her with any queries you may have.
No. If you have any other accounts with Bank of Scotland International or Halifax International that were not mentioned in the letters sent to you, then you will be contacted about them separately if any changes are going to occur.
Any changes to your fees and charges were sent to you in May 2012 and can be reviewed in the “How is my account changing?” leaflet.
